Payment

A minimum of 50% of the payment for the service must be received and processed prior to SpeaksMedia.com & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company initiating any work on your order. We do not allow changes to orders to take place once the order begins (within 24 hours of payment) due to the pace at which your project moves through our team of writers and editors. Final payments are due at the time of product delivery.

If at any time payment is withdrawn (credit card claims, etc), SpeaksMedia.com reserves the right to file a DMCA for stolen SEO and copyright infringement. Failure to pay SpeaksMedia.com and Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company will lead us to activate claims that you are illegally holding SpeaksMedia.com’s & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company digital property and using content that does not legally belong to the client.

Approval

We will return your completed order to you for review and approval of services. Once we receive approval, we will close your order in our system. If we do not receive a response from you within three business days of receipt, we will auto-approve the order in the system for closure.

Revisions

We understand that sometimes, it takes more than one attempt to capture the essence of your brand and voice or to convey the thoughts you might have been aiming for at the time of placing your order. Your vision is unique, and we want to make every effort to ensure we are telling the story in a way that best meets your needs. That is why SpeaksMedia.com & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company will allow one revision (at no additional cost) to meet your needs. Revision requests must be submitted within three business days of receiving your completed order from SpeaksMedia.com & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company.

If your revision request is submitted after the three-business-day period, there is a 10% revision fee that you must pay before we can proceed with making the updates. Upon receipt of your payment, we will initiate work on your revision and return it the final product to you within two business days.

Refund Policy

SpeaksMedia.com & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company does not give refunds for projects once the work is complete. If you are not satisfied with the final product that SpeaksMedia.com delivers, please do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to assist you in using our revision process. Most often, through a collaborative effort, we can settle the issue together.

Order Refusal

Please be aware that although we do not have to refuse work often, SpeaksMedia.com & Mahogany Speaks Media & Publishing Limited Liability Company has the right to refuse a project at any time without providing a reason or justification.

Examples of those instances where we may refuse work includes orders placed for services outside of the documented niches, content that makes our writing team feel uncomfortable, content that conflicts with our ethical or moral standards, or content that is of the malicious or illegal caliber. In those instances in which we refuse your order, we will issue a refund.
